The Broward Center for the Performing Arts Fort Lauderdale opened in February 1991, a community-focused entertainment complex offering multiple performance spaces.
The Broward Center for the Performing Arts Fort Lauderdale is ideally equipped to host a multitude of different art forms and events inside any one of its four theater spaces; concerts, ballet, opera, plays and lectures have all featured and will continue to feature on The Broward Center for the Performing Arts schedule over the years. The venue has also accommodated numerous touring Broadway productions over the years with hit shows such as Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King and Wicked all having been past inclusions on The Broward Center for the Performing Arts schedule.
